By using TiredSEO you agree to use it for its intended purpose: auditing the SEO and AI visibility of websites you own or have permission to scan. Using TiredSEO to programmatically scrape competitor sites at scale, evade AI engine ToS, or attempt to overload our infrastructure is not allowed.
Pro is $9.99 per month, billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't issue retroactive refunds for unused months.
We aim for 99% uptime but can't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the changelog. AI provider outages can leave an AI visibility check stuck. A daily job sweeps for those: any check still unfinished after 24 hours is cancelled and the AI credits it charged are refunded to your balance automatically — you don't have to ask.
Reports we generate are yours. The TiredSEO software, brand and content are ours.
TiredSEO is provided "as is." Our cumulative liability is capped at fees you've paid in the last 3 months. Don't make life-altering business decisions based purely on a scan; use your judgment.
You can delete your account anytime from /account/danger. We can terminate accounts that abuse the service, with refund of any pre-paid period.
If we materially change these terms we'll email registered users at least 14 days ahead. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
